Honors Pre-Calculus is known to be a weeder class, but also some schools are not doing a great job teaching it. My child reports long lectures with very little practice. And of course no textbooks yet even though they were promised at BTSN.
Also, my kid has been in tutoring since week one and it is barely helping.
Thanks. The tutor asked me to send him examples of what they are doing in class and when I look at the modules on Canvas I see problem sets but not anything describing how to do this stuff. I guess it's in the digital textbook whose link is buried somewhere (which is awesome for my ADHD kid with exec functioning challenges). My kingdom for a hard copy text book!!!
