This.

AND yoga. And make sure you're eating the "good fats" -- salmon, avocado, etc.

And make sure you have good running shoes or shoes for whatever workouts you do.

Watch you weight as an extra 20-30 pounds can put added stress on “aging” joints. Stretching and yoga are also very helpful. I also found swimming to be great for fitness without any stress on your joints.

Could be a mild Covid too, give a rest for a week or 2.

Strongly disagree. OP, some good advice in here. You don’t have to just roll over and accept this.

Could be a million things. Food sensitivity like gluten or dairy. Could be a need for a vitamin or mineral. Could be a medication you are taking for example antidepressants. You should go see a functional doctor and get a full blood panel. Just stick with it, you will figure out and don’t listen to people who say it’s normal.

Quite a bit of my achy joint pain went away when I changed my diet to pescatarian-vegetarian and no soy and limited dairy (daily yogurt and cheese a few times a week). I am also alcohol free.

Is there anything I can do to help this?

I'm 50 and quite active - play tennis, do pilates, stationary bike, starting to lift weights more in the last few months.

But my joints have felt increasingly stiff and achy lately. I am SO stiff when I wake up in the mornings. It doesn't really correlate to what I did the day before, either. Is there anything I can do to help this a bit? Supplements, more stretching, anything?
