One of the immigration is my most important issue posters said that it’s Biden’s fault that Trump tanked the Lankford bill because Biden should have known that’s what Trump would do.

So long as you live in a blue state, Abortion is fully available. Abortion was always a states issue. Red states had abortion bans in the Tea Party era.

I’m not sure what Democrats can do to guarantee abortion. It was always up to the states and red states always restricted it

The Judiciary needs more federalist society judges.
We need to make sure to entrench as much regressive misogyny as possible.
And as long as republicans take back the senate, we are certain to see no meaningful changes in women’s healthcare for a least another decade.

You think you can vote one time and that will be enough? We have to vote out Republicans in the House, Senate, Governors, state legislators, etc. for the next decade. Enacting and implementing progressive legislation is damn near impossible in this country because government powers are decentralized to protect the conservative establishment. A lot of Senators, Governors, legislators, and judges are put in place by right wing reactionaries and they will obstruct everything for their patrons.

People who support women’s health care were inadequately focused on the GOP’s decades long effort to overturn roe. And they are coming for Obergefell and Loving as well. Vote for Trump at your peril if any of these rights matter to you.

A vote for democrats may not make it better in many states, but a vote for democrats can certainly prevent it from getting worse. It’s on a slippery slope right now.
