I have family members that own a convenience store. People stop specifically for their breakfast sandwiches. They are prepared in the store..so all convenience stores are not alike.

It can be quite healthy and nutritious if you pick the right ones. They use more simple ingredients.

A lot more gas stations sell actual meals now. Mostly things like Mexican, Indian, etc.
