Clubs that post their wins not their losses.

Manipulating game results?
Exactly how?

So what is your standard for successful/positive player growth and development? What should the standard be for how successful an MLSNext program is?

Should it be how many players are recruited by an MLS Academy or any other academy, relative to the size of the club ? Or go on to play D1 or semi pro or pro? Or get invited to USYNT ID events?

If that was the standard, many of the MLSNext teams that win a lot would be near the bottom of a success list.

Stop focusing on wins and chasing trophies and just focus on your kid’s long term development. There are a lot of parents who do not care if their kid plays on a winning team.

Especially for bench warmers on top winning teams, ask yourself, are your practices and training sufficient to keep up and get better? Are you allowed to maximize the minutes you do get of play?

Some folks are so busy focused on the scoreboard, they don't realize for 2 years their kid isn't developing while the team has winning record.
Then kid is number 25 on a 22 player roster depth chart

I know this is going to open up the flood gate. I'm ready for all the snarky comments, bring it.

Because they are key developmental years and everyone is fixated on wins even if shitty soccer is being played to get those wins.

There is no way you understood and then asked again for standings

True soccer people who understand youth development don't care because the scoreboard alone doesn't matter.

You can remove anything you want, but the kids care about winning. And so do the clubs. It won't matter unless the clubs change.

The kids care about what neurotic parents like you are filling their heads with in the car.

Some kids team lost but they feel great because they made some good decisions and executed them well.
They know they did their job and are doing better each week.

Unless they have some idiot harping in their ear about the team losing.

Because they're amateur hour and do it to satisfy the kids medal & trophies crowd

Some countries FA's are mandating no league tables till U14 or after.
That way coaches and clubs can focus on developing players who are having fun than coaching for their W's and egos
