I drive a 23 Prime. I got it in MAryland, they don’t sell them in Virginia. It is an awesome car. 99% of the time I drive as an EV. If I do a long road trip, I have my hybrid fallback.

Bought it as MSRP in cash. Would never in a million years buy a POS Tesla and further line Musk’s pockets.

EV market is dwindling overall, as consumers reject them, so there are some deals to be had if you want one on the used market.

Good time to buy in other words. Just be sure to pay up front, as interest rates will eat up any savings you get.

Interesting. Hadn’t considered it. I think I’d be more comfortable with the option of using gas rather than fully electric.

New to car shopping, and am having trouble figuring out what the current status is. Is there currently a shortage of Prius prime vehicles in the DMV? Has this affected the price and availability of used Priuses (targeting 2020 or newer)?

Would appreciate insight!
