Yes, I’ll make most of everything tomorrow then plan out which days we will eat everything based on what lasts a couple of days, what can be frozen for Thursday or Friday, and what should be eaten first.
Now that I’m thinking about it, I think I will probably throw the soup in the freezer for late in the week, chili verde too. Start off lunches with the cauliflower salad.

Sunday: lasagna rolls, salad, bread
Monday: falafel salads
Tuesday: pumpkin pasta, salad
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: lentil soup, bread
Friday: chili verde
Lunches will go something like:
Cauliflower salad
Cauliflower salad
Random snacks that I throw in my bag
Random bag snacks or takeout egg salad
Leftovers/bag snacks/egg salad
I hate dealing with lunch.
