I applied for jobs in locations where I could live cheap with someone I knew. So I applied in three cities, and the best offer was here.

Moved for a job, met DH who is from the area and also a federal employee so pretty locked in to this location. I like it fine (it's my 5th "state) and have been happy to settle here.

Originally for college, where I ended up meeting my now husband who is from the area. I had job offers here and back home at graduation, but he proposed so I stayed.
