This is why I hardly ever do take out or eat out. This has become so common, like they do you a favor feeding you. I'd just never go back.

Call the manager and give them a chance to offer you a refund before posting online.

Picked up from our local restaurant - two pizza and two pounds of wings. The wings weren't cooked when the order was "ready", so they had to make the wings. Waited 15 minutes, then realized only one order was cooked. Waited another 15 minutes for those wings. Now our pizzas are cold. No manager on site. Barely an apology from them. Got home and the wings weighed less than 1.5 pounds (8 were 14 oz).

Call for a manager later? Complain online with a review? Dispute with credit card?
