Swelling, pain, stiffness, fatigue, redness (depending on where the inflammation is).

Inflammation can cause bloating in some people. Every body is different.

“Inflammation” has become the new “toxins” —has lost all actual medical meaning

A little stiffer, makes me walk a bit slower, a little ... creaky?

Joint pain, fluid in my lower legs. Almost feels like there's jelly between joints pushing them apart.
Harder to notice if you have had the same diet most of your life. Harder to notice when younger.

Everyone talks about it but what does it feel like?

Based on my diet (not great) I should definitely be experiencing it, but I don't think I am.
