Lot of the kombucha I drink gets a poor rating due to sugar

It as of now doesn’t have settings for people with diabetes or pre diabetes but it basically tells you which products to avoid for reasons like additives, sodium, saturated fat. Last night I started scanning stuff like my favorite salad dressing, makota ginger dressing which it says is poor. I had a bottle of Wegmans ranch abd it said bad because it has titanium dioxide which it says causes cancer. So I tossed it .

I hope it has emulsifiers in the system as they now think emulsifiers could be behind colon cancer in young people . Unfortunately non fat things have those
