OP here - thanks, all!

Audi has haptic feedbak buttons, so it's a screen but when you press a "button" on it, it feels like pushing a key on a real keyboard. It gives feedback.

But other items are knobs like volume control, and then on the steering wheel to choose radio station.

Do you use a rotary phone or an outhouse too

Sigh. I'd love a Mercedes.

Acuras still have butttons.

Mercedes and BMW have tons of buttons

My Jeep has a screen and buttons.

My BMW has buttons and a screen.

I think a button to recirculate air or pull in air from outside. And a defrost/defog button. There are a few more.

I doubt you will find this. It’s very outdated.

I obviously haven't bought a car in a while but taking a quick look, it seems most cars these days have the central screen for all controls, which I don't like.
