no end about what to eat, not just at home but even on where to eat, what fast food place to go to. I stopped cooking; thank goodness we can afford eating out a couple times a week.
Now I find I’m like this, I don’t know what I want to eat either! Not motivated to cook at all where before it was just what I did (SAHM). I don’t even know what to order at restaurants. Anyone else like this? I am stunned st myself, we are all so spoiled.
You might want to try a 5/2 diet where you fast for two days and then eat very small meals of the same thing for the other five days. Say cold cereal with milk for breakfast, a peanut butter sandwich on wheat or pita bread for lunch, and a salad of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers with a springling of tofu and balsamic vinegar.
This will re-set your appetite after a few weeks.
