Hi OP, I have used https://www.alabasterwatchandclock.com/watch-servicing several times to do watch repairs and battery replacements for my battery watches (Tag, Cartier). They are fast and convenient - right on 123 in Vienna.

I hate to break it to you, but truly "high end" watches do not take batteries. What you have is a quartz movement, battery operated, regular watch. And yes, I know Cartier uses quartz, but I do not consoder them high end either.

I purchased from a store out of state so I cannot take it there to be serviced. Is there a jeweler you recommend in or near McLean?
