Wheaton, Fairfax, and Annandale all have fresh ramen. Myojo brand is always in stock plus they usually have Sun as well. 99 Ranch in Fairfax also has the Sun brand.

That being said, I make a lot of ramen and I've found that if you want noodles that more resemble the ones you get at restaurants around here (Daikaya, Ren's, Toki) the Maruchan fresh yakisoba ones actually work the best. Myojo's are too soft, Sun's are too chewy, Maruchan yakisoba is just right.

Honeygrow has fresh, uncooked. I have got those several times, very good quality.

I disagree. A bad bowl of noodles (taste, not cooked properly) can bring down the overall dish, even if the broth is excellent.

Where can I buy fresh ramen noodles in the area? The Korean markets in nova (Lotte, hmart) carry tons of fresh Chinese egg noodles in various shapes, but I'm having a hard time finding ramen.
