I run about 4-5 days a week, usually 4-6 miles at a time with a long run on the weekend. I currently have an Apple Watch that I use to track distance with Nike run app and listen to music/podcasts on Spotify. I’m interested in getting a Garmin for better data and programs, but don’t under how audio is synced with a Garmin. Do I have to download music/podcasts before heading out? Are there ways to have at least podcasts automatically synced?
I have no idea which model I would want, so if there are specific models I would need, that would be helpful to know.
