This is actually probably a healthier weight for me. I’ve been underweight my whole life. My BMI is now 19.
Just focus on eating healthy and moving your body. It sounds like you’re at a much better weight now than before. You probably look much better now that you’re not underweight. I understand feeling gross if you’re just eating junk, but are you sure this isn’t all in your head? You sound like you have an unhealthy body image.
I think I do look better now that I'm not underweight! I want to hold onto these extra pounds and cleavage! However, I got to this place through about two years of stressful life events - two international moves, chronically ill child, stressful job - when my normal routine of exercising a few times a week and eating balanced meals went out the window.
I need to start eating better (my blood pressure was a bit high at my last check up) and I want to start exercising again. I just vainly want to keep my nicer boobs and ever so slightly more curvy body.
