I never had GI issues but stay on top of issues like constipation.

+1 I recommend small meals throughout the day and make sure you are eating. When I started, I wasn't hungry, so I didn't eat enough. I started noticing signs of low blood sugar (dizzy, anxious, brain fog), so I adjusted my diet to include more frequent small meals. Good luck. This has been a miracle drug for me.
