My husband did in his 30s. We were done. He knew he didn't want more kids with or without me. What's the question?

Chemical /hormonal birth control is difficult for a lot of women. More people should talk about it.

Non hormonal barriers for women are IUDs (copper) I wish we talked about this openly.

I got mine in my late 20s, my wife doesn’t do well on birth control meds and didn’t like iuds. Condoms suck.
