The Club Director can override the Tech Directors decisions on matters like scheduling. If enough parents rock the boat, they will take a good look at it and come up with a solution that prioritizes sleep for younger kids vs the older ones. Hell, play on grass. We don't have to cram every team onto turf fields all the time. My coach was pushed not op a grass field last week, the girls really enjoyed it. -Point it, I think there is more field space available when you consider grass field for 1 practice a week. Personally, I'd prefer to play on an imperfect grass field at 5:30pm instead of being shoved onto 1/6th of a turf field at 9pm w lights. Wake up the next day is so bad for the MS kids.
