Patel brothers in Gaithersburg has them. They also make fresh ones in store that are better, and reasonably priced as well as not being too huge. You might be able to place an order.

There's a store in downtown Bethesda forgot name I think on Old Georgetown Road.

Any Indian store will have them in the freezer. All brands are good. Deep, Haldiram, Nanak etc.

Costco might have them not sure. Whole Foods has really small ones in freezer section - $20 for 8 small sized ones (ok, maybe not $20 but you get the point)

Any Indian grocery store will have these in the freezer section. You’ll probably have to buy several boxes. If you want them fresh you could look into ordering them from a restaurant.
