When you are at the stage of life, I don’t think you need to think about big daily blocks. Instead, look for little ways, like adding steps. Body weight stuff like squats, walking lunges, pushups. I really never believed it at the time bc I was a “go big or go home” kind of exerciser. But the reality is that I was “going home” way more than I was going big.
Now I am a firm believer that adding little bits to your life during busy seasons is the way to go.
And my kids are teens - I go to the gym in the morning. We’re all up so early on weekdays again - like the baby days.
