Ours works.

You can try to send an email to the help desk of mcps but just a warning they take weeks to respond. They had mistakenly created a duplicate account for me since I have two kids and I didn’t hear back for quite a while.

That parentvue system is so glitchy. Sometimes it just doesn’t connect and I go back an hour or two later and it’s fine. It does seem to work better on my phone than my laptop but that might be a browser issue. It is annoying to get those messages that “your child’s assignment has been graded” and then click and get an error message.

I am getting an error code. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and not fixed.

Does it work now?

I am getting error messages every time I try to send (have tried on my laptop and my phone, Chrome is up-to-date). Anyone ever had this experience and know a workaround?
