Op: he’s still online. My friend saw him - I had shared his pic when I first went out with him to see if she had gone out with him. I honestly don’t care that he’s going on dates. I am too. The issue is that it’s a shady thing to do. I would not have done that. I’ve never done that. Seems odd and like a red flag I should keep in mind.

Caveat: I was out of the game before Hinge so I'm not sure how it is different, but - after our first date DH deactivated his OKC account. I didn't realize it at the time because we weren't communicating on there but through text, but if I'd gone to check on him he would have disappeared. It would not have meant anything shady (just a bit more pressure than I was ready for, so I'm glad I didn't know).

Could your date have suspended his account so he doesn't keep getting matches while he pursues something he's interested in?

So, I'm going on dates with a man from Hinge but I noticed he unmatched with me. We have another date planned. I don't care if he changed his profile, pictures, etc. We're not exclusively dating. This unmatching seems sneaky and to me a red flag. I don't get a good feeling from it. I've wasted time with people before and I don't want to do that again. What are your thoughts? I shouldn't have to train this guy about online dating etiquette. Thanks.
