I’ve been to this location - it’s not a scam at all, it’s legit, and is great if you are at all scared of going to the gym and/or nervous about setting up machines for yourself. I definitely feel stronger after a few months of sessions.

Anyone been? Is it helpful? A scam? Seems too good to be true, but...maybe a good experience? I have injuries and looking for affordable (for me) ways to work with a trainer.
