S/O: how and where do people get private lessons or one-on-one training during winter swim? It's easy enough in the summertime, but I don't know what the usual means of access is in the winter, or what would be a typical lesson plan or costs, either. (And I have DCs who swim with two different clubs! I should know this and am surprised I don't.)

Both parents swam D1. I'm worried that's the only reason they're keeping at it, and I don't want any of my kids doing something just to impress me. I love them as they are.
