Do you really care whether they are controversial or whether they are "cool"? Because if they are overabundant and on sale, they really are not cool anymore. I'm a little surprised to hear that teens think they are cool because it's usually the hard to find shoes that are cool.

Oh who cares. There are so many more businesspeople saying and doing so many more offensive things than Kanye’s comments - what an absolute nothingburger. Cancel culture is over.

Of course they are not amongst DS friends, who still think they are cool. But for the general adult population, are these still considered controversial? Adidas has them on sale and has clearly brought them back even given Kanye’s previous statements years back.
