On the public comments page, it was scheduled for last night


Well, clearly it didn't happen. I'm not sure whether BASIS or the PCSB wanted the delay.

They're not closing Eagle yet, so probably just ride out the year? Definitely in a death spiral.

It just surprises me because the PCSB seemed very open to the acquisition at the prior meeting. And they've approved similar deals for Friendship in the past.

I think BASIS hasn't met all conditions and doesn't want the blunder of getting voted down twice in five years... My guess is DCPCSB is going to want to wait and see after count day this year what the demand signal really is in Ward 6 for a basis elementary
