It is not that hard, decent weight training regimen 4-6 times a week for 30-45 minutes and HIIT 2-3 times a week for like 20 minutes.
Eat moderately healthy and limit carbs, cut alcohol and anyone without some disorder can get in shape. Like 60.-90 days you will see results.
You do not need (or want) two hours in the gym in a day.
6 hours in a week of solid exercise with decent diet should be enough to see results.
Honestly, I know myself, and I WOULD rather commit two hours MWF than 30 minutes every single day. I tried it and gave up this summer!
