We are using a tournament for some games. There is no money grab. It's a good opportunity if you're not one of the top teams.

Winner gets and automatic bid to National Tournament. As a result Mid-Atlantic Conference will only have four National slots by standing with the fifth being the tourney winner. Didn't really get a whole lot more info than that (like if the winner of the Cup is also a top four team, does the fifth place team still go, etc.).
