What is your housing budget and what does best mean to you? We have been happy at Flower Valley but that doesn't mean it is the best fit for you. Each school offers their own set of pros and cons.

I am moving to the Rockville area with my son who is going to start the 4th grade year. We are either zoned for Richard Montgomery or Rockville. Both clusters perform very well and I am planning to move to an area of the school cluster that holds less people in a neighborhood size, and has one of the best performances for the elementary schools around the two clusters.
