Any senior parents know about this?

My rising senior linked their Common App account and their Naviance account. For the list of "Colleges That I'm Applying To" in Naviance, there are 3 that have "Initial Materials Submitted" as the status for Office docs. The college counselor at the school doesn't appear to be working until the 19th according to their out of office email and no teacher recs are uploaded. Does that status actually mean anything? What could have been sent? Naviance doesn't even have SAT scores from June uploaded.
