I’m years into using this and don’t know how many jars. Of course that’s no guarantee it won’t bother OP’s skin.
I’ve tried the Dr. Rogers and found it underwhelming.
I have used Chanel’s La Solution 10 de Chanel and remember liking it well enough but price is a concern for me so a $115 bottle of lotion isn’t a frequent treat.

La Roche Posay Cicaplast is go good during a red flare up.
Clinique’s Moisture Surge Overnight Mask is wonderful, too. The rest of their Moisture Surge line is decidedly meh.
And of course there’s always just using good old Aquaphor, Vaseline or CeraVe ointment as sparingly or as thick as your skin needs.
