Agreed that it’s dumb. If public sector can’t pay as much as private, they should take advantage of any perks at their disposal to keep our best working for the students in Fairfax.
I saw an FCPS job posting that was right up my alley, IT related, that can likely be done remotely but it didn't mention even hybrid so I was wondering what experience people have with that. I would think most people have kids in FCPS and might want some flexibility and not have to be in an office from 9-5.
