I’m normal BMI 23.4 but want to lose 15-20lbs. It’s sooooo hard and I am eating well and strength training 4/5 times a week but weight is not budging. How do I get this?

The drug encourages you to eat less, not eat at all. European servings are generally smaller than in the US which may be why the US has a big obesity problem.

You can certainly skip a shot. Usually by the end of a week I am starting to get more of an appetite.
One the other hand you can still enjoy the food, just less of it. When I was starting of SG I did not take any breaks, but after 30 lbs I started extending the time between shots.
