Yes they do. It's not enforced but there is a clause in agreement when you register. What the OP is trying to doesn't make sense because most if not all rec games are on Saturday and will miss games die to conflicts. The poster should look into skills clinics or private lessons for additional touches.

No player card requirements, no real restrictions... just have to make time for both and let the coaches know why you're going to miss half the practices and half the games.

You can do it; however, it will be difficult because both sets of games will be on Saturday.

Not sure what you are talking about. Most orgs have house league up to a certain age, then their teams play in ncsl.

Big orgs like Arlington and Loudoun have their own in house leagues thru high school. You can play for one org in ncsl rec and also play in arlington or loudoun. Is that what you are trying to do?

NCSL rec is when enough kids drop rec to make house leagues impossible. I don't know of any club fielding NCSL rec team and hosting rec leagues for the same age groups

You can play on a local rec team (eg Arlington league or Loudoun league) that is not playing in NCSL-rec and on an NCSL-rec team at the same time.

For those in the know...

Can players play in their local rec league and this league at the same time? Or is intended to be one of the other??
