My forehead is definitely wider/taller. I actually like it. I'd put it down to a receding hairline except (a) I'm a woman, and (b) everywhere else on my head, my hair is actually thicker, not thinner or balding, which I suppose I can thank to hair becoming rougher after menopause.

Gravity on the face is brutal. It’s one of the reasons Hollywood actors get talked into fillers and surgery as they age.

My take is we all morph into the third sex if we live too long. If you look at really old people you can't even tell who is male or female except by the hair and clothing. If you swapped clothes they could be either.

I just looked at a bunch of photos lately. I’m 63, fit, haven’t shrunken yet but I swear my head looks bigger, wider, high forehead. I always thought that happened to men.

I don’t know what to do to make my face smaller- time to play with contour I guess. Losing weight not going to shrink my face, my cheek bones are fine.

Do you find this happened to you? Big head?
