EG who was the assistant last year stepped up to take the role. It's been well received is what I heard.

Hopefully Arlington has found a long term solution with her there. Just been a lot of turnover in the last couple of years.

A lot of potential for that club if they get stable.

I don’t know. I think they are more or less to similar with other clubs.

2012 - good team. Will probably qualify for playoffs
2011 - great team. Will continue to succeed
2010 - they haven’t been doing well for years. Missing good offensive players.
2009 - middle of the table
2008 - maybe make a comeback and make playoffs assuming if everyone is healthy
2007 - kids will get places in good colleges but probably cuz of their academic profiles

Other clubs in the are are probably in the same boat being different age groups being strong and some aren’t great.

EG alone can’t change the club.

2012 age group is loaded. NVA, Union, CSA, Courage, Arlington, VDA will all push for playoffs. Will be tough with only the top 4 qualifying.

Probably add Richmond to that group and take out VDA.

VDA does not belong in that conversation. 2006 is their only good team and they graduated.

2012 VDA is not strong. Union tbd. Arlington looks strong on paper. Loudoun the leader in nova until proven otherwise.

Don’t think there will be any surprises. 11s will dominate in the conference like they did last year. Don’t think they lose anyone. Everyone else will be more of less of the same. 12s will have their chance to prove themselves but there are other good teams in the conference and only 4 would qualify so it will be interesting to see.

If VDA doesn’t, then Arlington probably also doesn’t.

I would think only 4 Mid-Atlantic teams would make champions league playoffs as roughly 1/3 of the teams make champions league and 1/3 of 12 is 4.

4 don't qualify this year.
2012 girls are quite good and have a really strong defense

Only 4 qualify for playoffs.

Arlington would have to change it program if it wants results. Winning in the u littles is just about how big your program is. What wins in the u littles does not translate to the older ages.

Starting threads for each of the local VA girls ECNL programs. This thread should encompass all things related to the club in the headline.
