um no. For multiple millions you NEED ocean front. It's not about the view, it's about the sea breeze and the sound of the ocean.

It's really beautiful but if we're dreaming mine is oceanfront and has a pool.

The house is nice, but it needs to be oceanfront, with a shaded gazebo on the walkway, it needs a hot tub with an ocean view, and of course a large private pool.

I've never been to rehoboth but I've seen pictures and it looks insanely crowded. So by "private beach" do you mean no randoms are allowed on the beach in front of your hose?

Private beach, huge and new. All it needs is a pool. Gorgeous.
