The price = what a willing buyer will pay a willing seller. Not many willing buyers for that stuff.

This seems something easy to track down, but Im assuming its hard to prove it's stolen? Just seems like if people stopped buy the stolen stuff we could actually shop in CVS without having to get everything unlocked, right?
