With all this eating, I have no trouble maintaining a healthy weight of 120 at age 52. My DH only needs one small and one moderate meal per day, never snacks, can forget to eat entirely, and has a BMI of 34 or 35. We're all different.

Not "growling". Ghrelin is a hunger hormone. I'll admit I had to look it up, but she didn't mean to say "growling".
