I know this because I walked through the ENTIRE store, flipping over tags to read fabric content and desperately trying to locate 100% cotton tanks, camis, men's t-shirts. (online doesn't interest me, but I suspect it's the same)
Until recently, you could find some 100% natural fiber items at H&M. A lot, actually, cotton or some linen.
Now everything is polyester and I'm supposed to be thrilled because it's **recycled** polyesters and therefore eco or some shit. No. And vicose is just rayon, stop trying to blow smoke up my a$$.
Sorry for the rant - so does GAP still sell 100% cotton no-frills t-shirts, camis, boxers, etc? Or did they also go to the dark side?
You actually can still find a lot of 100% cotton items at JC Penny, and not all of it is fuddy duddy looking as one might assume. Forever 21 as well. Brands and their stereotypes don't always apply anymore.
