Sometimes it's as simple as calories in/out, but also if yiu stsrted say a weightlifting programme, or HIIT training, you could be eating more than you need bc you feel hungrier. Maybe look at balancing the types of workouts you are doing.
I have been eating the same exact cals macros and track all my steps and workouts as well. No difference in that

Chill out. Anxiety and stress can cause your period to be late or skip. And 4 pounds is nearly nothing. A big poop and a few days of eating less and it will be gone
OP here, I am not anxious or stressed though

I typically weigh 124-125, however the week before my period I tend to gain up to 3-4 pounds of water weight that comes back down once I finish my period. I was expecting my period over 4 weeks ago and gained a couple of pounds on scale that week, assuming it was my typical PMS. Hwoever, my period never came and its been four weeks. I have gained 4 pounds now, 2 more this week despite eating the exact same cals each day and same exercise. I understand weight fluctuates but I am confused as to why this has been going on for 4 weeks. Could this actually be fat? My belly feels bigger than usual(like bloat how I feel the week before my period). I am waiting for results on thyroid and waiting to get hormones tested as well. Any idea of what could this be? Could it really be fat?

OP here. I am not sexually active so not pregnant
Anonymous wrote:No it's not fat. For whatever reason you are stuck in PMS and keep retaining more and more water.
