Awesome! Enjoy the water!

I've been trying to get my 5 year old to bob his head underwater for the past 2 years. He's going into kindergarten, last fall he took the preschool 3-5 swim class and everything was checked off the promotion list besides bobbing, so he was held back. This year, I had the option of the preschool level 1 class or the school age level 1/2 combined class. I decided to move him to the school age 1/2 class and see if the peer pressure worked.

Within the first 2 minutes he bravely followed what the other kids did, bobbing underwater. I was SO proud, and he is so proud of himself. It was only $79 for 8 lessons, and I would have paid $79 just for that bob to happen. We have a pool at our apartment complex and go often, so now that he will bob he's going to be able to really learn how to swim, I'm so excited!

My 7 year old took the intermediate class and did great too. It's funny how when kids are watching other kids they try new things more easily.
