Agree. Some men are always complaining that women only want a hot man who's going to treat them bad, but those guys don't seem to get that the not hot guys treat women bad too.

The implicit idea here is that if you just settled, you could find someone who would treat you really well. I don't think that's how it works.

i don't think i'd call them an awesome partner if they only treated me "OK".

The venn diagram of men you "treat me well" and are "awesome partners" is a complete circle.

Factors like how attracted I am to them or how much money they have are not irrelevant but they are separate considerations to how good of a partner they are (which is directly related to how good of a partner they are).

I feel like you wanted to ask whether we thought women would rather be treated ok by a rich or hot guy than be treated awesome by a less attractive or poorer guy. Which is a different question. The rich hot guy who treats you okay may still be worth it but he's not an "awesome partner" and you have to decide if that's something you're willing to live with.
