I am a 44-year-old female who has increased my workouts from an hour a week to four hours a week in the past three weeks. My workouts include cycling, walking, light resistance, and pilates. I've cut sugar and alcohol, and my food has stayed the same or slightly improved. In those three weeks, I've gained five pounds. My weight fluctuates, but this isn't typical. I feel like my tone is slightly improved, but it has been a short period of time. Has this happened to anyone else?
