You can find discounts for new hail damaged cars from dealer lots. This is a Midwestern thing mostly, but I recall it happened here locally in Waldorf in about 2009 or so.

Are there any dealers who will sell us a car with cosmetic damage for a discount? Or is our only option for that a private seller? We don't care how our cars look and are happy to leave even major cosmetic damage unrepaired, would love to get a great deal as a result.
