On scrambled tofu for breakfast. The 101 Cookbooks recipe for scrambled tofu uses nutritional yeast.

Add to blended cottage cheese with taco seasoning and warm it up for something close to queso. Use 4% cottages cheese.

It also makes a great Parmesan replacement as said above. Vegan “goldfish” crackers are great, as is vegan “Parmesan” made with cashews and nutritional yeast. It keeps forever and is a great sprinkle on the table.

It is amazing on popcorn. Salt pepper olive oil and nutritional yeast is our mix.

Think of using it where you'd might sprinkle some parmesan cheese for a little flavor. I make tofu crumbles with it.
