Yep, there's a common denominator between this game and another game that had a lot of problems.

They were Argentina fans dressed as Colombians.


What difference does it make what fans are really? All of them behaved badly. It is so incredibly dangerous.

Yes it's a huge safety hazard. Ae they going to try to sit in ticketed fans seats? En masse? Cause fights in the stands? Block views? Jockey for good views and bump people who paid thousands for legit tickets? Were they screened for weapons or things they shouldn't have? If they're willing to enter the stadium illegally, where else will they press to go? Onto the field? By players? It's a definite safety concern.

What an embarrassing chaos! I'm just hoping there is no real disaster or tragedy with an out-of-control, over-capacity stadium. It's a safety hazard.

What in the world is up with Hard Rock Stadium today? How were they not prepared for crazed fans?

Not to mention the Uruguay players going into the stands and fighting fans who were abusing their family members.

Let's add in bad reffing. Is the U.S. capable of hosting World Cup matches?

What is the problem here? Did we underestimate the fervor of the fans? Not expect and thus prepare for these matches as if they were high level football games, and had security in place?
