This doesn’t work because everyone in D1 beat OKM. If OKM stays in D1, nothing changes in D1. OKM would love to move back to D2, but KG got beat by most of the current D2 teams + OKM in 2023, so it would not make much sense for KG to go up to D1 while OKM moves to D2.
